Delivery

We manage our online shop ourselves. This means that all your orders pass through our hands and are packaged with love.

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
We deliver throughout the EU (with a few exceptions) and to Switzerland.

 

DHL GoGreen

We ship our products with DHL GoGreen, thereby making a sustainable contribution to climate protection. The greenhouse gases generated by transport are calculated according to the GHG Protocol for Products and offset by climate protection projects.

 

Shipping costs

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge the following shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs are clearly stated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Germany
Insured DHL parcel up to 10 kg: €7.50

Austria, France, Benelux, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Spain
Insured DHL parcel up to 10 kg: €15.00

Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Great Britain
Insured parcel with premium shipping
up to 5 kg: €27.00
In Switzerland, or Great Britain additional customs duties and import sales tax may apply, which are calculated by Swiss or Great Britain customs.

 

What payment methods are available?

You can pay via PayPal, credit card, or prepayment.
As soon as we receive your prepayment, we will process your order and ship your package. Please note that we cannot process your order until we have received your payment.

Returns policy

Every return has an impact on the environment.
If you still wish to send us a return, the following applies.

 

Can I exchange or return an item?

The return period is 14 days. Only unworn items in their original condition can be refunded. Please note: returning goods without comment does not count as a cancellation.

Would you like your skirt in a different size or cut? Would your blouse match your outfit better in a different color? Would you prefer your pants, shirt, or jacket in a different material?

To ensure that the item you want is still available, we recommend ordering it from our online shop.

How much will I be refunded for a return?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the item price and the shipping costs paid when ordering.

The refund can only be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.

 

Did your order arrive damaged?

Then please inform us immediately by phone or email and report the transport damage to us. In the event of an item damaged during delivery, we will refund the item price and cover the shipping and return costs.

In the event of an exchange, we will cover the additional shipping costs to you for the new product.

 

How do I return an item?

Fill out cancellation form and enclose it with your return shipment:

You are responsible for shipping the return shipment, including the return shipping costs.

You can track your package using the tracking number on the return shipping receipt.

As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you by email.
